RECON Search & Selection was founded on the basic principles of delivering high quality recruitment services and keeping the process simple. Our goal is to work with each client on an individual basis and ensure their vacancy is managed in a bespoke search.

The business inspiration was the desire to offer clients a customised recruitment strategy to achieve their staffing goals. This was a deliberate move from over-reliance on standard job board advertising to fill clients' vacancies; which often results in important hiring decisions being based on whoever was currently active on the job market.

By taking the time to meet and properly understand a clients needs, not just the job responsibilities, we are able to recon the market and directly target the most suitable people.
